Phone Appointments Patients can request a phone consultation with a doctor.  

Phone appointments are for patients who require a script or are contagious or are unable to attend the surgery due to immobility.  Please note: We can only perform a phone service where we have an established clinical relationship with the patient and have provided at least one face-to-face service in the previous 12 months.
