Spring Means Time for Lipstick<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lipstick can be the finishing touch before rushing out the door. It\u2019s a quick signal to the world that we\u2019re ready and everything is fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But research is telling another story. Half of all Australian women are experiencing mental health issues. One in four of us are definitely not okay. Liptember uses bright lipstick to draw attention to the anxiety, depression, exhaustion, and other experiences beneath the surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flu (Influenza) Vaccination<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The flu (also called influenza) is a contagious infection of the airways. It is especially serious for some people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the National Immunisation Program, the flu vaccine is free for:
children over 6 months of age, people over 65 years, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, pregnant women, and those with a significant risk of medical complications. Vaccination is a safe and effective way to help protect from severe illness caused by the flu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
